PSE natural gas customers:
PSE provides natural gas service to parts of King (not Enumclaw), Kittitas (not Ellensburg), Lewis, Pierce (not Buckley), Snohomish, and Thurston counties.

Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program

LIHEAP stands for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program. LIHEAP is a federally funded block grant that provides money to help low-income households make home heating more affordable and avoid shutoff of utility services during the winter.
USDA Rural Housing Repair and Rehabilitation Loans and Grants
The Very Low-Income Housing Repair program provides loans and grants to very low-income homeowners to repair, improve, or modernize their dwellings or to remove health and safety hazards.
